Export Customs Clearance
In exporting, the most expensive thing is delay: a missed truck, a declaration that never closes, or a certificate of origin rejected in the buyer's country puts the sale itself at risk. From declaration lodgement to the issuance of origin and movement certificates, from vehicle loading to the physical exit of the goods, we run the entire process in line with your loading schedule and without interruption.
Export declaration and lodgement
We prepare an export declaration that matches your invoice and packing list exactly, and carry out the lodgement and examination processes on site with our own specialists. We work to your loading time; the declaration is ready before the vehicle arrives so that your truck does not wait at customs.
Origin and movement certificates
We issue documents such as A.TR, EUR.1, EUR-MED and certificates of origin correctly according to the destination country and the preferential trade agreements in force, and follow up chamber approvals. The right document means your buyer pays no customs duty in their own country — which often directly determines the competitiveness of the sale.
Destination country requirements
Every market has its own rules: consular legalisation, pre-shipment inspection, product labelling or special certificates. We identify the destination country's expectations before loading and prepare the required documents so your goods are not held on arrival.
Closure, incentives and VAT refunds
Lodging the declaration is not enough; the actual export must take place and the declaration must close. We track closure status through the system and intervene in time on files that remain open. This way your VAT refund and export incentive applications proceed on a clean documentary basis that will withstand an audit.
Frequently asked
Every file contains a commercial invoice, packing list and transport document. Depending on the destination country an A.TR, EUR.1 or certificate of origin is added; depending on the product, an analysis report, health certificate or control certificate may be required. In our initial consultation we draw up the full list specific to your market and product together.
Closure depends on the goods physically leaving the office of exit. The vehicle not being matched at the exit office, the carrier failing to notify, or an inconsistency in the declaration can all prevent closure. We scan these files regularly, identify the source of the problem and complete the closure — because an open declaration blocks both your VAT refund and your incentives.
In short: the A.TR is used for industrial goods in free circulation under the Turkey–EU customs union and looks at the goods' circulation status rather than their origin. The EUR.1 proves preferential origin in countries with which a free trade agreement exists, and requires the goods genuinely to qualify as originating. Which one is issued depends on the destination country and your product; we make that decision file by file.
The VAT refund is handled by your accountant, but it rests on your customs paperwork. Without a closed declaration, a matching invoice and correctly issued certificates, the refund claim stalls. We build that foundation completely and hand your accountant the documentation they need, ready to use.
